Bristol Brewing Company in Colorado Springs, CO
Bristol Brewing Company in Colorado Springs is a Colorado craft brewery housed in a converted schoolhouse serving award-winning ales.
Bristol Brewing made its home in a converted elementary school on Colorado Springs' east side — and the community-centered spirit of that building lives in everything the brewery does. Laughing Lab Scottish Ale is the flagship, a multiple GABF gold medalist and one of the most consistently decorated beers in Colorado history. The taproom's schoolhouse setting, with high ceilings and original woodwork, creates one of the most distinctive drinking spaces in the state.
